How it works

Send this form
Damage or a wrong piece: within 72 hours of delivery, with photos or video of the piece and the box. Any other return: within 14 days.
We review it
We reply within two business days. If we approve it, we send the return address and tell you who pays shipping.
We inspect and refund
Once the piece is back and checked, we refund your original payment or send the exchange.

Film yourself opening the box if you can. It's the fastest way for us to settle a shipping claim.
